Cancellation Requests :

– Cancellation requests for items or orders can be raised within 24 hours from the time of placing the order.
– To initiate a cancellation, please send an email to Support@Artisticgarb.In with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation.
– The cancellation request must be raised from the email ID used during the order placement.

Cancellation Limitations :

– Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be canceled.
– If a customer receives a faulty product upon delivery, a return request can be raised after receiving the shipment.

Return Conditions :

– Customers can return products within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and all tags are properly attached.
– Refund amounts for returns will be transferred to the original payment method.
– For every return, the reverse pick-up charge will be deducted from the amount, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your account.

Damaged Products :

– If you receive a damaged product, you can return it within 3 days after delivery.
– No returns will be accepted after the specified time frame for damaged/wrong products.
– Refunds will be initiated once the product is received at our warehouse, and quality control is verified.

Size Issues :

– Products with size issues are eligible for exchange/replacement with the preferred size.
– Two-way courier charges (product pickup + replaced product delivery) will be applied during the exchange process.
– For refunds, one-way charges will be applied.

Reverse Pickup Facility :

– For certain pin codes without reverse pickup, customers are requested to ship the product(s) back to us securely.
– In case of defective products, shipping charges will be covered by the company.
– If a wrong order is placed by the customer, they are responsible for bearing the shipping cost.
